| MOONFEST 2007 is by far the most fun filled festival held in West Palm Beach all year long. A precursor to Halloween week, everyone gets in the spirit of the holidays and wardrobes up in costume for the annual costume contest and festivities. There's free food and drink for awhile and the party continues in each of the Downtown West Palm Beach restaurants and nightclubs till the wee hours. MOONFEST now has a VIP section on the 500 Block near the performance stage with food and beverages for all willing to pay the nominal additional fare to enter.
