THE RECTORY is located at 14 South Swinton Avenue just off of Atlantic Avenue and is a "must visit" if you are in the area. You won't want to leave this charming, artistic and soulful gift, fashion, body-care, jewelry and home-decor gift center. It's a gallery of inspiring ideas. Our first visit to was to help sponsor a special event, the first annual "God Bless the Child" charity event to support The River Fund. Described by Florida Style and Life Magazine as a vortex of "Rock and Roll Religion." Owners Jimmy Moore, Joyce Friend and Judith Redden host collections from over fifty designers, with many South Florida exclusives. Barbara Klar of Clear Metals featured her Rock-and-Roll styled silver and gold masterpieces. Luis Morais, a Brazilian born jewelry designer, brought with him his trendy silver and gold pieces of pop culture. Also present was California based Sandy Lewis, who uses hand made Tibetan silver beads mixed with ancient and semi-precious stones. DADA's Executive Chef Bruce Feingold was on hand creating fresh tuna tatare and strawberries and chocolate and THE COTTAGE owners Andre and Antione served up amazing treats for everyone as well.
